<p>Our Functional Fitness classes help you move better, get stronger, and train with purpose. Led by expert certified trainers, each session follows a progressive structure with varied, scalable intensity and an emphasis on high-quality movement, proper form, and personalized feedback&mdash;no experience required. These classes build strength and endurance through real-world movement patterns, blending mobility, strength, and conditioning in a way that&rsquo;s accessible yet effective.&nbsp;</p>

<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">The assessment is a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) &mdash; a one-on-one session that evaluates your stability, mobility, and movement patterns to identify compensations and give you a clear action plan for improving your movement quality.&nbsp;Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, you'll walk away knowing exactly where your gaps are and how to close them.</p>
